For the past several years there has been a rise of violence and prejudice against sexual minorities and those perceived to be sexual minorities reported to law enforcement officials.  As a Christian, I am appalled at the lack of concern expressed by the church that often Christian doctrine is used to support such prejudice.

My Mission

My mission with "Different Spirit" is to provide thought-provoking articles, essays or ramblings that will help confront ideas surrounding Christianity and gay, lesbian, transgender and bisexual prejudice.
